A resent visitor from Nottingham, United Kingdom writes, Recently returned from our 3rd stay at Simonton Court over Christmas - we have MH1 Hibiscus which is a lovely large room with one of the smaller pools right outside the door next to the deck and its own private outdoor hot tub. The only other room next to this pool is a small studio so we pretty much had this pool to ourselves. Kitchenette with microwave, cooker, big fridge freezer and dishwasher and a shower made for 2 in the bathroom! Hibiscus is right on the front of the property so there is some road noise but there isn't a room above so no problem there. Also some noise from planes flying over but this is common in the historic part of town in our experience. Gated keypad entry at night, great location for Duval, Faustos deli / market 2 blocks away with a great selection of wines / beers / subs / potato salad (yum!) for in room provisions. Iced tea and iced water on tap by the pool during the day and a decent complimentary breakfast (bagels, fruit, coffee etc.) Pleasant staff but not 'in your face'. Would stay there again and defn. recommend Hibiscus - it has been refurbished over the past 12 months and is a lovely room
