A resent visitor from Surrey writes, We stayed 5 nights during May in Simonton Court and loved every minute of it. We had originally only booked for 4 nights in The Orange Blossom room which had its own upstairs balcony with tables and chairs overlooking one of the pools an enormous bed and very large double shower room. we decided to stay an extra night and were moved across the hall to the Marigold room which was the same with a huge bed its own patio and even larger shower room. We would recommend either of these rooms. The whole resort is very peaceful once you pass through the doors . The breakfasts are adequate with excellent cheerful service. Water and iced tea is available at all times by the large pool. The pools are open 24 hours which is a nice touch as the weather is very hot and humid. my husband and i even went for a swim at 11p.m. The location is ideal only 5 minutes walk from Mallory Square or the Old Harbor walk but away from the noise of Duval Street. Although slightly more expensive than some other B & Bs we thought it was worth the cost and would return.
